SQUASH - Tsukesha Zucchini

Fruits are cylindrical with a smooth surface, dark green with small white specks, 10 inches long, 4 inches in diameter, weighing about 2 pounds. The flesh is white, crispy and tender. They are used for salting, pickling and preparing culinary dishes.
