TOMATO - Caro Rich

This variety is named 'Caro Rich' because of its incredibly high beta-carotene content – as much as ten times that of red tomatoes. Beta-carotene is the pigment that is found in orange vegetables such as carrots and sweet potatoes, and it is what gives this tomato its glowing color.

This tomato starts harvesting 80 days after transplant and weighs in at 10-12 ounces.   Low acid and sweet flavor.
