TOMATO - Hartman's Gooseberry

These extremely rare, lemon-yellow, medium-large, good-cropping cherry tomatoes are very tasty with a good, sweet and mild flavor, and when immature have some faint striping similar to gooseberries, hence the name. A very old heirloom tomato that was popular in the early 1800’s, lost for some time, and made a comeback when it was reintroduced by the John Hartman seed company towards the end of the 1800's. These tomatoes will begin ripening about 80 days after transplant.
