TOMATO - Opalka

Family heirloom from Poland, brought to Amsterdam, NY in the 1900s by the Opalka family. 

This plant produces large pointed pepper looking tomatoes weighing 5 to 8 ounces measuring approximately 2 inches by 6 inches long.  Low seed content makes this a great, sauce or paste tomato.  Great tomato flavor with zippy acid profile.   Start harvesting 80 days from transplant.
