PEPPER - Giant Aconcagua Sweet

Argentinian Heirloom. This very large pepper plant is named after a mountain in Argentina where it originated.

A pepper with flavor as sweet as apples. Oblong fruit grows up to a huge 12 inches long and is produced in great abundance. Delicious in salads, stuffed, stir-fried or roasted and peeled. Can be enjoyed at the light-green stage, but is sweetest when fully ripened to red. 

This is a heavy producer that is ready to harvest 70 days after transplant.  Plant requires support and grows quite large.
